Each home includes a reinforced security entrance door, white lacquered interior doors, and shutters on all windows except bathroom windows.

Bathrooms are equipped with first-quality sanitary ware, vanity units, and modern single-lever taps. A 150-liter NUOS Split Inverter system provides domestic hot water, and air conditioning is pre-installed in living rooms and bedrooms.
